I am more than a little off kilter, but that’s never really bothered me. More than anything I love Jesus. Otherwise my passion is music. I’m a music major and I sing and play flute, sax, guitar and little piano. I want to go into music ministry. But I also want to play jazz. An amazing man helped me to fall in love with jazz, and now that he’s gone I want to spend my whole life immersed in it.
I am seldom what people expect. I am loud and joyful, and I love to laugh all the time. People get annoyed with me because I do not fit into their stereotypes of the quiet subservient Christian woman. I hate to cook, and clean. My lunch today consisted of a hot pocket and granola bar. My room is a disaster right now and I could care less. I really just want to go play my saxophone.

I love adventure, having new experiences, trying different things. One night I was helping my friend Dustin break into the office where he’d left his stuff. Another night, I went with some friends to make old TVs into planters. I love to travel. In the fall I officially start my “world tour” which starts me off spending a semester in Scotland.

My friends mean the world to me and I would do anything for them!

Things to do before I die: Play in the Duke Ellington Orchestra, perform at the Grand Ole Opry, be in a movie, write the soundtrack for a movie, sail a pirate ship, travel and see the whole world,
